All-American window and door manufacturer, Windows USA, tasked Cherry Digital to run an SEO-led PR campaign across the US. The main goal throughout this campaign was to generate backlinks to their site, and therefore boost their Google’s rankings. The campaign that the Cherry Digital team put together for the brand involved a survey on how generous neighbors are across the states, including how much they would lend and how soon they would expect to be paid back. The survey revealed that the average American would lend their neighbors a significant $166.85 if they were in need and would wait 1.6 months before asking for repayment (if it hadn’t been made). The piece also featured an interactive infographic map allowing readers to compare themselves to other states. The result was enormously successful, achieving multiple pieces of coverage in platforms such as TribLive, Fox San Antonio, CBS Austin, and many local publications.
